At Accounts Point Chidanand is responsible for establishing effective communication relationship with clients. He uses his expertise in drafting of process documents for clients and also will take care of resource and work planning to ensure smooth and effective transition of work from clients place. In his role, he also works with clients in drafting of Service level agreements (SLA) and reviews it with clients from time to time. He also works with the team and ensures that the client data confidentiality and security is maintained to the core.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in the domains of Accounts, Audit, Taxation and financial Services. He has successfully transitioned accounting practices from clients place. He has a significant experience in managing large clientele.
Prior to Accounts point he worked with leading retail industry as Finance Head.
Chidanand is postgraduate in commerce and holds diploma in computer applications.
At Accounts Point Kaushik takes care of stream lining the process by brining process improvement through process re-engineering. He also works on identifying inherent process risks and finding solution to eliminate such risk and to ensure that process get stable. He works with the team and ensures that there will not be any delay in delivering the outputs and adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). He will also use his experience in brining automation where ever it is necessary in the process so that it avoids delay in delivery of accurate output and reduction in cost to the customers.
He is well experienced in areas like costing, pricing, MIS and budgeting. In his previous role in one of the leading MNC- BPO, he worked with clients located in different geographic regions like APAC, EMEA and US. He has successfully transitioned work from clients place and migrated their systems. He has handled critical process like fixing the credit limit and finding customers credit worthiness and reporting the same to the board. He has lead the team and managed different process like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, General Ledger and Financial Reporting and Planning for clients situated across different places. He has gained good knowledge in designing the process, preparing process documents and reengineering the existing process and eliminating inherent risk in the process. In his previous role worked in areas like process quality control and risk management by using concepts derived from six sigma and lean.
He is also engaged with one of the NGO and devotes his leisure time working for them in fields of education and issues relating to rural development. Kaushik has written articles in journals on subjects of Finance and Economics. He is also acting as online faculty with PEOI (Professional Education Organisational International), an organisation working for providing online education. He is also a registered examiner with the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, one of the premier institute in providing cost and management education in India. He loves teaching and takes week end classes on subjects relating to Accounting, Economics and Taxation for students appearing for professional exams
Kaushik is a qualified cost accountant and holds a Diploma in Tax laws, Post Graduate degree and M.Phil. degree in Economics, Master in Business Finance and Associate Membership with Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).
